They do not need any special tenderising.They are frozen in a clump so you will have to defrost them all at once.Char-grill or sauté baby squid for no more than a few minutes and marinate in advance with chilli or chorizo – absolutely delicious!3-6 in a box.Serve with a chilled dry Riesling or a Mâcon white wine.
